Fertility Matters
at Work

Fertility Matters is on a mission to find the first 100 companies to become fertility friendly accredited.

Meet Becky and Claire, my two founders at Fertility Matters at Work who I’ve been working with since just before the pandemic, to make a difference in your experience at work if you need help to build your family.

The three of us met up in a pub in Feb 2020 and mapped out a plan… then we went into lockdown! In a nutshell, we launched our services in Nov 2021 and through our unique methodology we are
normalising this conversation within the workplace so that those facing infertility don’t need to suffer in silence.

We are doing this by educating people about the reality of what fertility treatment involves and the direct link to mental health.

The outcome we are looking to achieve is to empower organisations to build an inclusive and supportive workplace, helping them to become modern employers of choice.

You can find much more information about the work we are doing at Fertility Matters at Work by downloading our brochure from the link below and if you are looking to guide your company forward with this, please get in touch.

You’ll also find below an episode of The Fertility Podcast series talking about Fertility Matters at Work which we launched with the business offering in Nov 2021 – you can find the full series within the podcast page here and we’ll be sharing more podcast news very soon.

Membership

Fertility Matters at Work has created an online resource library to guide your organisations in becoming fertility friendly. You’ll have access to fertility policy examples and guidance, expert articles, content to share on your intranet about fertility as well as signposting for external resources, workshops, podcasts and the opportunity to be part of community of like minded organisations who want to make a change.

E-Learning

We have two dynamic e-learning tools created for a global audience. One is to educate line managers and HR about the issue and how to hold constructive conversations, the other is an awareness building exercise for all team members. We’ve included videos from our brilliant community to highlight how far reaching fertility issues can be.

Panel discussion

We are working with organisations to launch their fertility friendly work with panel discussions. I’ve been hosting the conversation, with my co-founders Becky and Claire sharing their experiences and we’ve welcomed speakers from organisations to share their stories as well, which is so powerful and the feedback from those watching has been invaluable. If you know of someone who would be happy to talk about their experience, this is a great opportunity to do so.
