The power of podcasts

Podcast listeners tend to be loyal and focused. Many tune in regularly and trust the host, which creates a powerful environment for advertising. Ads read by hosts often feel more personal and authentic. Unlike many digital platforms where users skim or skip ads, podcast listeners are often multitasking (e.g., driving, exercising) and less likely to skip ads, especially if the ad is integrated into the episode.

Counselling

provides the opportunity to explore any emotional difficulty, fears and anxieties, or distress that a person might be experiencing. It can help them to cope, make choices, and change aspects of their situation.

Trust

When a trusted podcast host promotes a product, their endorsement can carry more weight than traditional ads. This can enhance brand credibility and drive better conversions. It doesn’t stop there, with promo codes, custom landing pages, and unique URLs, you can track the effectiveness of your podcast ads and optimize future campaigns.

"I can safely say that doing the Freedom Fertility Formula with Natalie has been life-changing. I can’t recommend it highly enough. The in-depth guidance and strategies she shared throughout the course meant I was able to look at my life, emotions and daily experiences with a new perspective, and I now feel so much freer and able to enjoy life, whatever the future might bring. I am so glad I signed up!"

“The formula itself gave me extremely practical tools to help me take steps to make improvements in the areas where fertility had impacted my life. Natalie was a great coach through the formula; providing support, accountability and somewhere to turn. I really enjoyed the sessions and built a toolkit of resources to use throughout my fertility journey. By the end of the sessions, I felt that I had developed skills and techniques to be more resilient and able to cope during my fertility journey.”

“I felt more equipped to handle the ups and downs that I would inevitably face. Natalie encouraged me to take small steps each week to start living again, rather than putting my life on hold waiting for a baby. I would highly recommend Natalie as a Freedom Fertility Formula coach, and would encourage anyone feeling stuck in their fertility journey to give it a try.”

"My session with Natalie really helped me to acknowledge exactly how I was feeling after years of unsuccessful fertility treatments. I found that I could talk so openly about my journey which I felt was so important for me to do, as all too often I bottle things up and say I’m ok. I do talk to my friends and family about things, but this session was different, I could be completely open and honest without judgement, and it allowed me to reflect on how the different areas of my life have been affected and what things in my life are the biggest triggers and how I can use different techniques to help with these, which will be so important as I continue my journey whilst still trying to enjoy my life!" - JM

"One of the main things I loved about working with Natalie was that after our sessions I would have something to focus on until my next appointment, not only did this help when I felt a bit lost but it gave me the control that I felt had vanished whilst dealing with fertility. Giving me a way of being able to take charge of the situation and the tools to help me cope when things became overwhelming, there were many things we worked on to bring perspective to the hurdles we (my husband and I) faced which made things feel more achievable. "Natalie is a great listener and is very knowledgeable within the fertility world both personally and professionally, so I felt like she really understood where I was coming from. I never felt uncomfortable talking about how I was feeling or the small maybe silly things that had made me upset or angry, I felt supported rather than judged which is again a very important factor in this situation."

– NTG

"Prior to embarking on fertility coaching with Natalie there were situations that triggered my emotions and thoughts around ttc. Natalie spent time understanding my fertility journey, showing me how to take the time to understand my emotions, setting achievable success steps to live life rather than living life in the wait of conceiving and how to channel them in a positive way, I now feel quite empowered and seeing someone pregnant or reading those pregnancy social media announcements no longer triggers my emotions in the same way as they did previously."

"For weeks, I have been struggling to come to terms emotionally with accepting our IVF journey. Waiting for treatment to commence undoubtedly feels like you’re putting your life on hold & waiting to walk this uncertain road. Through this one session alone, Natalie allowed me to talk through a variety of life factors and to pinpoint which of these areas I felt were causing me the most anxiety so that I could look to address these and make changes. A 90 minute conversation ultimately led me to question ‘why am I putting my life on hold?’ My mindset has most certainly improved as a result of this session alone. Thank you Natalie."
